OUR PEOPLE

Our Management Team

Behind every serious mission is a crew capable of solving impossible problems while remaining suspiciously calm in the process. This is ours.

Henk de Koning — Architect “I make software and music. Usually in that order.”

Henk is a rare hybrid of engineer and creator who moves between code, systems, and ideas with the ease of someone who never accepted that boxes should exist in the first place. He shifts abstraction levels in seconds, from deep technical architecture to strategic design and back again before most people have opened the wrong PowerPoint. He builds systems that scale, foundations that last, and solutions that make complexity look embarrassed.

James Johnson — Customer Success

Part relationship-builder, part mathematician, part drummer, part rockstar. James is what happens when charisma develops analytical precision. He understands that success is never just about delivery but about trust, timing, momentum, and knowing which conversation matters before everyone else does. He connects people, ideas, and opportunities and is equally capable of discussing numbers with rigor and then disappearing into rhythm. Disturbingly versatile this guy.

Marco van Hurne — Strategy

Marco operates where ambition meets structure. He likes to turn complex technological shifts into clear strategic moves and helping organizations avoid becoming decorative victims of their own inertia. AI Factory specialist, builder of frameworks, researcher, teacher, collector of gadgets, and loyal servant to at least one dachshund. Known for spotting patterns early, speaking plainly, and treating fashionable nonsense with the contempt it deserves.

Robert van Loon — Institutional Relations

Robert is proof that calm can be a strategic asset. He navigates institutions, partnerships, and stakeholder landscapes with the composure of someone who has seen enough drama to stop respecting it. He turns complexity into progress without needing theatrical gestures. An all-round relaxed presence, a diplomat, which in modern business is practically a superpower.

Different Minds, Shared Direction

We are not built from copies of the same executive template. We combine architecture, relationships, strategy, execution, creativity, and diplomacy, with enough personality variance to keep things genuinely interesting. Real teams are not assembled by collecting titles. They are assembled by collecting capability.
