To Boldly Go Where No One Has Gone Before
Not every company has a ping-pong table, a kombucha tap, and a mission statement assembled by a sleep-deprived consultant. We chose something more ambitious. We chose Star Trek. Not the props, not the uniforms, not the fan fiction, but the culture and the belief that intelligent people can build extraordinary things together, that technology should expand human potential, and that hard problems deserve courage, reason, and genuine teamwork.
And yes, we stole it from Star Trek – but everyone in AI steals content, right?

We are not a frontier lab with infinite funding and designer campuses. No, we are something more dangerous. We build our own AI, Neurosymbolic systems that do not merely predict but reason, understand context, and most importantly, stay compliant. That is what makes AI useful to companies to unlock its full potential.
We are still small, but we have big ambitions.
Our Culture
We explore strange new ideas. Curiosity is not a side hobby here. We hope that people ask why this is done this way, whether it can be smarter, and why entire industries tolerate mediocrity as though it were weather.
Logic first, ego last. The best ideas win, not the loudest voice, and not the person with the most polished LinkedIn mythology. We value sharp thinking, healthy disagreement, and the ability to change your mind when evidence arrives. Ego is heavy. But we travel light.
We build what others outsource. Many organizations rent dependency and call it innovation. We build where it matters, models, architecture, capability, knowledge, strategy. Ownership creates speed, and control matters. Vendor lock-in is just corporate language for digital captivity, and we simply like sovereignty.
Humans over hype. We love technology. We do not worship it. AI should amplify people, not replace their judgment. That is our core belief. Great systems usually speak quietly, and bad systems arrive with dramatic music and branding consultants. No buzzword bingo, no glitter demos, no agentic cloud-native transformation ecosystem synergy.
Courage under uncertainty. Building new things means incomplete maps, imperfect information, and deadlines that look written by pranksters. We do not want panic. We hope to attract calm minds, people that take initiative, and people who look at chaos and say “interesting problem, give me twenty hours and some more coffee”.
Diversity of minds. The Enterprise did not cross galaxies staffed by clones. We seek different backgrounds, disciplines, perspectives, and temperaments. Engineers, strategists, builders, skeptics, visionaries, operators, cynics who are right too often, optimists with discipline. Homogeneous teams build predictable products.
Nobody dreams about predictable products.
How We Work
Direct and honest. Smart and pragmatic. Fast when possible, rigorous when necessary. High autonomy, high standards. Humor under pressure. Little politics. Real accountability.
Always Hiring
When we meet exceptional people, developers, researchers, architects, strategists, operators, dangerous generalists, people who are hard to categorize and impossible to ignore, we would like to meet them and find out if we share the same values.
If difficult problems energize you, smart colleagues sharpen you, and meaningful work matters to you, we should talk. To boldly go where mediocre companies are too bureaucratic to go. Apply if you like. Or stay where you are and schedule another meeting about innovation that could have been an email.
